Can I get color text or logos printed on my Booth ID signs?
Booth ID signs are 44” wide by 7” high simple, black & white signs that identify the occupant of a booth or booths at a convention or trade show.

What are Booth ID signs made of?
Our Booth ID signs are digitally printed from your files to a 7-ply .024 gauge (about 1mm thick) cardstock with pre-punched holes for hanging.

What information will appear on my Booth ID signs?
We print the signs from your provided Excel file(s). Booth ID signs typically display only the vendor/exhibiting firm’s name and their assigned booth number. Can I have my logo printed on the Booth ID Signs?
We can print your black & white organization or event logo on the signs, but cannot print individual vendor/exhibitor logos. The logo will appear on the left hand side of the signs you specify. Currently, we print Booth ID signs in black & white only.

How many letters will fit on a Booth ID sign?
The standard typeface used for the main text on our Booth ID signs is 144 pt. (approx. 2” tall) Swiss 911 Extra Bold Condensed, which allows for about XX characters per line (up to two lines) when using upper and lower case lettering. The typeface used for the Secondary (city/state) and booth number text is 76 pt. (approx. 1” tall) Swiss 911 Extra Bold Condensed, which allows for about XX characters per line (one line only) when using upper and lower case lettering.

How do I hang my Booth ID signs?
Booth ID signs are normally hung from the horizontal extension pole that the drapery hangs on in the back of a standard exhibit booth, using wire hooks that are available for purchase at this website. To see a demonstration on how to hang Booth ID signs, click here.

What is the turn-around time for Booth ID signs?
Once we’ve received your contact information and all pertinent files, we typically process the order within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). All orders ship from our facility in Lansing, Michigan, so you’ll need to allow the appropriate amount of time for your shipment to arrive on time.
